Committed to ESG progress

Our ESG program is built on three core pillars – Engagement, Transparency, and Progress. We actively engage with stakeholders to understand expectations and drive collaboration, maintain trust through transparent disclosures, and make measurable, sustainable progress on key ESG focus areas that matter to our business and stakeholders.

Oversight and accountability are embedded at every level of our organization. Our Board of Directors, through its Nominating and ESG Committee, provides oversight of the ESG program. Our Executive Steering Committee approves the strategic direction, while our cross-functional ESG Committee drives progress across key business areas. Together, these groups ensure that ESG principles are fully integrated into how we operate and grow.

Our fifth annual ESG Report highlights our commitment to reducing environmental impact, investing in our people, and operating responsibly. In an increasingly complex threat landscape, our identity security solutions help customers build more sustainable and resilient businesses.

This year, we also celebrated CyberArk’s 25th anniversary and 10 years as a public company — milestones that underscore how sustainable growth, innovation, and industry leadership are fueled by our people and the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Received strong 2023 ESG ratings

In 2024, independent ESG rating agencies once again recognized CyberArk’s strong performance in ESG disclosure and integration. MSCI has rated CyberArk as AA, Sustainalytics has given us a rating of 18.2 and ISS ESG Corporate Rating has given us a PRIME rating. These ESG ratings position CyberArk among the top performers in our industry in managing significant ESG risks.
