"Barriers and motivations to the adoption of e-Government by the citizens: case of Tunisia" by Chokri ELFIDHA,  Kaouther ZNAIDI and Nidhal HAMZI - ESSEC Université de Tunis, (Tunisie).

One of the most important emerging applications of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is e-government. The success of e-Government initiatives is contingent upon citizens’ willingness to adopt these Web-enabled services. This study try to identify factors that influence citizen adoption of e-Government initiatives. To pilot test our adoption model we administered a survey to 170 Tunisians citizens. In the end of this paper we discuss the results of the study and their implications for research and practice....

We are interested in the relationship between trust and loyalty and the influence of situational and individual variables in the online context. Results support the relationship between trust and cognitive loyalty as well as between trust and affective loyalty. Structural assurance does not influence trust. Technology anxiety moderates the relationship between trust and cognitive loyalty........
